Industrial doors refer to doors installed in large warehouses, the logistics industry, the pharmaceutical and food sectors, and manufacturing and mining enterprises—places that have high requirements for opening speed, thermal insulation, soundproofing, sealing, and wind resistance. Industrial doors typically feature large openings, making it impractical to install floor-mounted door units. Industrial doors primarily include several types, such as industrial roll-up doors, industrial sliding doors, industrial sectional doors, manual/electric sliding doors, and high-speed roll-up doors. Due to the nature of their installation environments, industrial doors are inevitably opened and closed frequently; therefore, proper installation is essential to ensure their basic functions operate normally.

2. Installation Standards for Industrial Door Side Doors: Side doors shall be installed in industrial doors as required. The gaps in the cutting and assembly of the aluminum alloy side doors must not exceed 1 mm, and the angle must be 90 degrees; the average size of openings for transparent windows must be less than 10 mm; installation of transparent windows shall begin with the fourth panel from the bottom, and only two rows may be installed.
3. Installation Standards for Industrial Door Tracks: The horizontal and vertical tracks, as well as the balancing system of industrial doors, must be kept level during installation, with no deviation; the tracks must be installed parallel to and perpendicular to each other, and the joints between the auxiliary tracks and the main tracks must be secured with carriage bolts.
4. Installation Standards for Industrial Door Components: The center beam of the industrial door must be welded securely and neatly, and the paint finish must be uniform across the surface; the cable reels, torsion spring mounts, tracks, expansion bolts, and support brackets must be securely fastened; motor control wires must be routed through dedicated conduit, and the installation of control wires must be done in accordance with standards and appear neat.
5. Wiring and Installation Standards for Industrial Doors: Installation and wiring must comply with building construction and electrical standards; wire gauge must be ≥1.5 mm²; power cords must be plugged into grounded outlets, and the grounding lead on the power cord must not be removed.
6. Installation Standards for Industrial Door Control Boxes: Please mount the control box on a wall stud 1.4 meters above the floor to prevent children from accidentally touching it. Also, keep the remote control in a safe place and do not allow children to touch or play with it to prevent accidents.
