Classic Case 1:
The cold storage facility at the headquarters distribution center of Zhejiang Wenling Guming Milk Tea features over 40 sets of high-end, one-piece stainless steel cold storage doors, which were manufactured by our company and installed for use in the cold storage facility. The electrically operated sliding doors measure 2.5 meters wide, 4.2 meters high, and 150 mm thick, with 1.0 mm thick stainless steel on both sides and a high-density polyurethane core, laser-cut and formed as a single unit. Our proprietary thermal break system and high-power electric drive system address the customer’s need for high-frequency loading and unloading operations, providing a flexible and convenient solution for these applications.
Classic Case 2:
The Nanjing Hema Supply Chain Center required 20 sets of insulated smoke exhaust doors for its cold storage facility. As the client specified that the doors be installed on the ceiling, they needed to provide insulation and automatically open in conjunction with the fire suppression and smoke exhaust systems. The Junyue team independently developed a solution featuring magnetic locks integrated with the fire control system. During fire drills or when a fire alarm is triggered, the smoke exhaust system activates, and the insulated smoke exhaust doors automatically open to facilitate smoke exhaust. This solution received high praise from both the general contractor and the property owner.
