Challenges and Solutions in This Case:
The client is a third-party testing facility that provides braking system testing services for numerous new energy vehicle brands nationwide. Previously, they used imported equipment that was expensive and offered only average performance. The client requested a solution that would reduce investment costs while achieving the desired results. The Junyue technical team leveraged its supply chain advantages to implement a variable-frequency bipolar compressor unit for the client, featuring pulse-modulated electronic expansion valves with self-programming logic. This system maintained temperatures ranging from -10 to -40 degrees Celsius in a 200-square-meter vehicle storage facility, allowing for flexible adjustment and achieving a constant temperature within ±1 degree once the target temperature was set. The system met the application requirements and was successfully commissioned, with construction costs amounting to only half that of imported equipment, thereby reducing investment.
The project will be completed by the end of 2025.
