The client, originally a well-known local enterprise specializing in bamboo shoot products, expanded its product line to include fermented meat products at the end of 2025. Our company partnered with Shanghai Panfeng Machinery, a supplier of specialized fermentation equipment, to construct a meat product drying and fermentation chamber for the client’s pilot production and R&D. The chamber features high-grade flat stainless steel panels combined with stainless steel blade-edge curves, The fermentation equipment, featuring an Italian-engineered constant-temperature air circulation system, enabled the client to establish a production-grade drying and fermentation chamber that meets the highest domestic standards. This facility supports the production and R&D of high-end fermented meat products such as salami and fermented sausages, earning high praise from the client.
