The project covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is divided into frozen, fresh, low-temperature sorting, and cold chain loading docks. As a comprehensive multi-temperature-zone cold chain logistics project, Junyue Cold Chain Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. worked closely with the client throughout the process to understand their operational workflows and desired outcomes. Drawing on 20 years of cold chain construction experience, the Junyue team collaborated with a professional design institute to provide tailored refrigeration process design, manufacturing, installation, remote equipment operation management, and after-sales service.
Main units: Multi-parallel variable-frequency compressor units; the air coolers utilize custom-manufactured imported finned coils co-produced by our company, featuring aluminum-magnesium alloy casings and high-performance evaporators. The entire control system enables remote monitoring and control, eliminating any concerns for the client regarding equipment operation.
Over the course of five months, we successfully met the client’s requirements with high quality and safety, earning their approval, and the facility began operations in November 2021.
