A significant portion of the energy waste in cold storage is caused by the infiltration of cold air through the door openings. When a large amount of goods are entering or leaving the cold storage, the door needs to be opened for a relatively long time. Under the combined effect of wind pressure and heat pressure, intense exchanges of hot and cold air lead to an increase in the cooling load. The temperature difference between inside and outside the cold storage inevitably causes a difference in air density inside and outside the cold storage, resulting in a thermal pressure difference at the door. Without considering the influence of wind pressure, there will be a neutral plane in the middle of the door, above which the outside air flows into the inside of the cold storage, and as it moves away from the neutral plane, the speed of the outside air flowing into the inside of the cold storage gradually increases. Below the neutral plane, the air inside the cold storage flows out of the outside, and similarly, as it moves away from the neutral plane, the outflow speed of the air from the outside to the inside of the cold storage also gradually increases.
